Welcome to my blog, Bespoke. The title comes from a 17th century term coined in the United Kingdom for custom-made clothing. Customers choose a material, and that piece is then referred to as having "been spoken for." Bespoke clothing is created without pre-existing patterns and is tailored differently in each situation, much like public relations efforts in the fashion industry. In everything from runway shows to store openings, clients and the campaigns practitioners create for them must stand out in the competitive and dynamic world of fashion.
